Educated as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business and over 15 years working experience has provided the basis for her sound and total business focus attitude.

Her experience ranges across a vast number of industries and faculties including, finance, operations, commercial and strategic business planning.

Recently she has been a key member in the ERP Implementation for two large companies as well as the sale, conversion and company set up of a local subsidiary for a global organisation.

Her experience as a Senior Executive Member and team approach has provided her with the ability to understand complex issues, articulate them to the business people who have to deliver, help people develop structured practical approaches to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the business objectives. This success has been driven by her understanding and belief that sound change management philosophy framework is key for business to achieve its desired results.
